Job Summary:
Seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design, integrate, and support piping and process systems in a pilot plant environment. Responsibilities include designing to ASME B31.3 standards , preparing CAD drawings, performing calculations, creating BOMs, updating P&IDs, and specifying instrumentation. The role also involves supporting installation, supervising pilot operations, and collaborating across disciplines to ensure system performance.
Requirements:
BS in Mechanical Engineering (required)
2+ years related engineering experience
Proficiency in SolidWorks, Excel, and Visio (ANSYS/FEA preferred)
Experience with pilot plant or process systems a plus
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in plant/lab environments
Steel-toe safety shoes required
