Job Description We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support the executive leadership of a high-end residential construction firm in Los Angeles. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities with grace, and has a strong understanding of the construction or real estate development industry. Youll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by managing executive schedules, coordinating communications, assisting with project-related documentation, and ensuring the team stays organized and on track. ________________________________________ Responsibilities:  Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team  Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments  Prepare and organize project files, bid documents, contracts, and permits  Draft, review, and proofread internal and client-facing correspondence  Assist with vendor and subcontractor coordination and follow-ups  Maintain contact lists, client files, and construction-related records  Support job costing, invoice processing, and expense tracking  Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for executives and project staff  Act as a liaison between executives, clients, subcontractors, and city officials  Handle confidential information with discretion Compensation: $90-120k Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Skills and Requirements 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant (experience in construction or real estate preferred)  Strong understanding of construction workflows, terminology, and document handling  Exceptional organizational and time-management skills  Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar platforms)  Ability to multitask and prioritize with a high level of accuracy  Strong attention to detail and follow-through null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
